- I was diagnosed with lichen planopilaris folliculitis of the scalp--like scarring alopecia. I have lost hair on top and a little toward the back and getting worse. I use courve to cover but if the hairloss continues I don't know if I can keep covering with courve and it not be noticible. So, can anybody tell me if there are any good hairpieces for the top that are easy to apply and not too expensive but looks real? Anybody else have this disease? What are the best hair growth products? Thanks
