I am a speech pathologist in the Nashville area. My son developed Alopecia Totalis at the age of 2 and he is now 5 and starting kindergarten. They said Totalis, at the time but since then he has lost his eyebrows and eyelashes so I suspect it is now Universalis.
Hi! We would love to meet up and play sometime! Are you on Facebook? I can't figure this site out enough to put my phone number on here :/ if you want to share yours that will be great and we can set up a time. Thanks!
How long has your boy suffered with alopecia?I have a 3yr old granddaughter that was diagnosed with AA,a little over a yr ago. What treatments are you using and have you noticed any results?I am so,concerned about her.I noticed that your son started school, how are the children treating him?Have you also found any other children in your area that has this disease?I would love to find another child in our area that I could speak to and also have someone she could play with.
