Relationship Status:
Married
About Me:
I have been married 30 years, have 2 grown sons, and am a registered nurse for the past 38 yrs. I started with many autoimmune symptoms for past 4 yrs and finally was able to see a rheumatologist that told me I probably had reactive arthritis and fibromyalgia, but since my labs came back negative for any autoimmune disease, he could not help me any further. I started losing my eyebrows around 2 yrs ago, but they have been completely gone for the past year, My forehead and scalp started to develop lizard like skin so I made an appointment with a dermatologist and she seems to think I have FSA. Waiting to have the biopsy. I just noticed on my birthday labor day my hair falling out to the side of scalp. I am feeling devastated that I may lose all the hair to the front of my scalp. I understand it is just hair, but it was already hard enough drawing on eyebrows on a daily basis and worrying if they were staying put. I know I need to accept my fate, but am really scared about it and looking for hope.
