Well, guess I started out with Alopecia Areata when I was very young, maybe 3 or 4, then more and more hair started falling out. I believe I was about 8 when my dad shaved my head, as I barely had any hair, and it never came back...probably developed into Universalis about that time too. Have had it ever since. Have gotten used to it. Know the best wig tricks, makeup tricks there are out there. Just living life.
Hey there - hope you are doing well. You mention you know the best wig tricks....what kind of wig are you wearing? it looks so natural in these pictures. I have AA. I was falling out fast for about 6 months. It has now slowed down, and currently no SPOTS.
You are so beautiful- you know that kind that shines from within. My daughter is having hair loss at 27, getting ready for her wedding and tentatively looking forward to wearing a wig. I keep reminding her of all you beautiful women on this site telling her that if this is what she has to fear it won't be so bad...she is scared but very brave. If there is any way you could advise about wigs and makeup we would be eternally grateful. Thanks Jackie
