- My name is Gavin Owens I'm 31 years old and when I was 19 years of age I started loosing my hair and I was diagnosed with alopecia areate then when I was 21 in November I start cutting my hair and shaving it off to try to save my personal identity so I would still be loved and treated with respect in the society by creating different hair identities on myself.
