About Me:
Having just lost 5 stone in weight I have developed deffuse alopecial areata. Doctors aren't sure yet if it is due to the stress my body was under whilst following my diet or if it is due to something else. will get the results back on fri (21.11.08) not really sure how to feel at the moment i guess i'm still in shock. i still have hair but it is very thin and i am noticing patches each time i look in the mirror. I managed to half fill a carrier bag with my hair after washing it yesterday. I don't think it has properly sunk in yet. Its scary, i hope its not from my diet as i needed to get rid of the extra weight to be healthy but this is a very big side effect
