- Hi: My name is Jim and I have had alopecia since the age of 9 ... I'm now 37 years old and single... looking to make friends w/alopecia ... I have had a bad time at school and work because of the alopecia ... I now have a nice full wig but most of the time just a baseball hat around the house ... I would like to talk with anyone who has alopecia. I'm a Seventh -day Adventist but I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and no I don't push my faith off on orther people ...
