My name is Janine. I am mom to Connor, 6 yrs old who was diagnosed with alopecia at about a year and a half.. He lost all of his hair at 11 months old within a two week time frame. We have been having hair growth and loss off and on ever since

I was reading on this site that you are using moducare to help your sons hair grow back. I have also been using moducare on my 7 year old son and noticed his hair coming back very slowly. Do you use anything besides the moducare. We have our son on moducare and fish oil. Your son by the way is very adorable.

Your son is so adorable. My son(14months old) also has alopecia. We noticed it in September - 2 spots and now he's lost I'd say 80% of his hair. But it isn't completely bald - just veryyy thin in those areas. Soem of your son's pics remind meof my son. I keep hoping its going to stop there but it looks like he's going towards being AT. I also have a 4yr old son. Aren't boys fun? I'm curious, how long did it take before you noticed hair regrowth?

Hi Janine.How is Connor doing? I wanted to let you know that a lunch in Boston has been planned for next Sat Jan 31st at 12:30. I have posted all the details on the Mass board. But, if you are interested in coming email me and I will send you the detailed info. We have about 40 people coming. Lots of families with kids in Connors peers group, about age 5.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I HAVENT BEEN ON IN SOOOO LONG..AND OF COURSE I HAD TO CHECK ON CONNOR AND I AM SOOOO HAPPY TO SEE HIS NEW PICTURES!!!! THAT IS AMAZING! Janine, are you planning to come up to Boston next Sat. I am planning on it and I love Boston. I am planning to spend the day down there. Samantha loves the street shows in Fanieul Hall. If you come and need some parking tips or directions let me know..Cindy
