- Have had alopecia since age 12yrs on and off. Worse after birth of my son in early 80's - but regrew. Have been completely without hair since my husband of 20yrs was found out having an affair in 2000. My eyebrows and eyelashes come and go.
Now I except sometimes 'I'm with hair' sometimes I'm not, however it has never come back to enough to go without my 'hat'. Hair on head comes and goes - almost with the seasons.
Have a saying 'it grows in the spring & falls out in the fall!!!!
Have a very positive outlook.
