I'm sorry Alice is having a hard time at school. Kids can be cruel.
Have you been on the National Alopecia Areata web site? They have a free "school pack" that includes a video that you can have Alice's school play that will explain alopecia to students and teachers. Once the other kids understand, usually all the mean comments will stop. Go to www.naaf.org.
