About Me:
I have always had fine thin hair. I noticed my eyebrows thin first and went to see the doctor for tests. I was told I had no thyroid issues and wasn’t in perimenopaose. I had a lot of stress with looking after my sick father. In 2015 I had an endometrial ablation and iron infusion because of heavy periods and that started my menopausal. Dermatologist diagnosed FFA in 2015 after taking a biopsy. Have tried many topical and oral medications. I have spent many $ on supplements and PRP treatments. No success and the hair line is going back more and hair is thinning much more all over.
Bought two wigs but really don’t like wearing them. Every time i put on a wig, I end up in tears and feel very depressed. Hate going out and definitely don’t like having my photo taken.
