- Hi. Last year my son who was 3 turning 4 who is now 5 got diagnosed with AA.. the beginning of this year in January I seen spots on my head but I haven't gone in yet to get diagnosed or treated. My son accepted it with a smile on his face, me who is 25 cried my eyes out at work while working. His grew back with a cream after we shaved his hair. Now he has his shaggy thick hair back. Myself, I'm still getting spots while some are growing hair.
