- Retired, like to cruise with my husband and family, love being home with my 3 chihuahuas. Started loosing hair about 5 years ago. Went to DR, found out it was hertitary, yes my Mother had very little hair, but I have lost mine younger than her. She was in her 80's when it really started getting bad. I finally cut it to about a 1/2 inch and just buy wigs!
