Hi! My name is Valentina, I live in Italy, I'm 19 years old and suffer from alopecia totalis. I'm looking for a real hair wig and would like to know if anyone has found it in Italy, from which…Continue
hi. i have not heard of Clark. whatever you can do to reduce mold/fungi from her system & environment is good. we only moved my kid's bedroom & she took lots & lots of the Oreganol. of course i have no proof that that's what caused her regrowth, but she's been healthier all around (she's a brittle asthmatic) & has a good head of hair (and eyebrows & lashes!) now. i'm convinced it's due to the decrease in mold.
hi again. i believe she took the oil every day for about 8 months, and as i said, she took a lot of it. i don't not think that she experienced any bad side effects at all. also remember white vinegar kills a large percentage of the known types of mold (bleach does not, but a lot of people think it does).
i know that every person is different. i hope you find what will work for your daughter.
hi again. i truly believe that an allergy to mold was what caused my daughter's alopecia. i understand that a body's initial reaction to an irritant in the lungs would be to cough. if the coughing does not bring relief, the body will attempt to rid itself of the irritant in other ways... lungs become inflamed... symptoms become worse & worse until there is some relief. my daughter is a brittle asthmatic and has suffered from a few autoimmune ailments. it seems that her allergies were not calmed enough by medication & that her body kept trying ways to expel what was making it sick. with a confused immune system, it went as far as treating her hair folicles as foreign too. getting her out of her basement room was key. she also took the Oreganol P73. she took a lot of it... probably 3 to 5 times the recommended dose on the bottle. she did not dilute it. she was completely hairless for 2 years and so sad. i'd say do what you can to get your daughter into a mold-free environment(we didn't go crazy with this... just got her out of the basement & washed all her closes with white vinegar) &, if she can stand it, have her take the oreganol religiously.
all my best to her.
Hi Manuella, Sorry I haven't been online for a while. Working a lot of projects at work, so very busy and then tired when I get home. Wanted to check and see how things were going for you and your daughter? My bald patches have come back quite a bit now. Still have a couple of quarter size areas that use to be bigger than half dollars. Praying alot that the LDN will continue to keep the hair from falling out again. Hope things are going well for you.

maybe you can find a local supplier if you just google Oreganol P73
the oreganol that my daughter took was in liquid form http://www.taoofherbs.com/articles/10/Oreganol.htm
we have no experience with the pill form.
i REALLY hope you get past this bad time too. it's such a heartbreaking situation. my best to you & your daughter.
