- I am 34 year old mother of 5. I have battled with Alopecia mostly from the age of 18, sporadically while I was in elementary school. At the age of 18 I finally lost all of my hair. My oldest daughter age 16, is now diagnosed with alopecia also. Breaks my heart to watch her go through the hair loss process, I wish there was a treatment that worked.
