OH BOY! Let me know if you have any other questions or need any help. That's what I am here for!
All that info is in the book, too! But I can tell you a little bit -- I didn't make any announcements, I just told people when it came up. For example, if someone commented on how they liked my hair, I may or may not tell them I'm wearing a wig! One time a guy who didn't know I didn't have hair said something to me like, "I'd like you even if you were bald!" So I said, "I AM!" You kind of have to go by your feelings. Some people who I've known for years still don't know...
