I have had Lichen Planopilaris for 13 years, and until now I have been able to cover my bald areas with hairpieces. They have been getting larger and larger and I am now approaching the point where I will need a wig. I have struggled to find hairpieces or wigs that are curly and that don't look like Barbie Doll hair. I've been to so many wig makers, but curly hair just seems to be a challenge for all of them.
