Hi there! I've had AT for 15 yrs now and in Jan 2008 I got my 1st wig. Love it but may go back to my beautiful bald head in the summer. I'm at a point in my life that I accept myself the way I am and feel comfortable with it. As always, there are moments when I wish there was someone I could talk to since I only know a few other w/same condition. That's why I am here! To meet great people! Hope to hear from you soon.

Yes, I definitely agree that we were given this blessing in disguise in order to help other people in our lives. I actually don't live in Milwaukee anymore (I just moved to DC), but I love to go back and visit my family there- WI is a great state! Go Brewers! Stay strong and keep smiling :)
