- I just started to lose my hair last year
I now have lost about 80% of my hair. This autoimmune disease has taken my hair and has taken such a strong emotional toll on my emotions. It is hard to handle the changes that have been coming my way. I am hoping to talk to other people that have similar experiences and am interested in how you have found a way to cope. My relationship is failing at the same time as all this and my already intense anxiety has intensivied so much farther.
