- Have thinning hair with a few small bald spots. I've been looking and spending lots of money on wigs and hairpieces to try and look 'normal' again and live my life as I once did- i.e. going out in public more and feeling good about myself and confident in my appearance. I want to be supportive in any way possible of other women who have hair loss for whatever reason.
