The hair is stunning very soft. No I didnt get it precut it's the one on her Facebook page LiLis wig. I love the hair so much. It's really the best I just want to make sure I prolong it's beauty for as long as I can considering it is an everyday wig. Thanks so much for letting me know. I do like heat styling so I hope she comes back with suggestions of heat protectant. Thanks very much!

Not sure if my last message came through to you I got an error, basically I'm waiting for her response but in the mean time I don't want to damage the hair did she mention to you the products she uses how often to wash blow dry? Also y mentioned you had a wig from her before how long did the hair last?
