- This is my second visit by alopecia, 8 years ago, I lost most of the hair on my head due to stress. Saw dermatologist who gave me 52% chance of recovery!! My trichologist said 82% had a full recovery within 6 months. This time not only my head is my head now totally bald but my eyelashes and eyebrows and all my body hair has gone!! In meltdown at the moment. I have now been totally bald since Feb this yr.
