Here's the contact info I found.  http://dermatology.duke.edu/faculty/details/0115675  If you still get nowhere, I can let CARF know and maybe they can check into how to contact them.  I empathize with your continued hair loss.  We are all in this together.  Still have to have hope some light is shed on this mysterious disease.
