- I am Aleksandra and I am 22 years old. My first attack of alopecia occured when I was 4, it stopped after 3 years. Unfortunately, 10 years later, when I was 17 I got it back. Right now it's more than 4 years. My condition is changing all the time. In July 2012 it got much worse.

Hi Alex and welcome. I think it would be interesting if, since your condition is cycling, to keep track of various conditions that you are exposed to and see if there is any correlations. Things like diet, time of year, amount of time outdoors/indoors, and anything else that you can think of that is changing. I have had a certain amount of success with diet changes but the regrowth has been slow and limited.
