About Me:
Early in my career I decided to pursue non-surgical hair restoration. When I began working for a large salon in Atlanta that specializes in (women’s?) hair loss, I immediately fell in love with my work.  Each day brought new and unique challenges. Because of my previous work in upscale salons I was able to learn quickly, and eventually was sent to Florida for paid training. There I would learn the latest non surgical hair replacement techniques. This was an eye-opening experience, especially upon return to work. I was taken aback by the amount of client who began coming to me. What were they not getting from their current stylists that I was now able to provide?

It soon became clear that many of the stylists who were offering non surgical hair replacement were offering outdated techniques, damaged hair pieces, and unlicensed services. This all made for a big problem and a lot of tears. Those in charge were far more concerned with making a profit than the happiness and well-being of their clients.

I became extremely passionate about my clients. I heard firsthand accounts of women who were unable to swim, date, speak in public, perform at a job; basically live their lives. It’s impossible not to put yourself in their shoes. I treated them as I would treat myself in that situation. My goal became to help them find their confidence. While this does include finding the right hair treatment for each client, it begins and ends with ensuring that they feel good about themselves. I didn’t understand the impact I had on my clients until one of them cried after a simple cut and style. The joy of helping women feel comfortable in their own skin is what brings me here.

When asked to lie to a client about her hair I chose to leave the job instead. These women are in dire need of answers and education, and I would not play a part in misleading anyone. Especially in the name of money.

Now I’m here to make my knowledge, training, and resources available to you. I want to help educate women who are facing hair loss–for whatever reason–on their options, which will hopefully empower them to feel confident. Every woman is unique, so everyone requires a unique solution to hair loss. I wish to make my self as available as possible to answer any questions you may have. Please keep in mind that I am a stylist, not a doctor; I don’t have the answers for a cause or cure to hair loss, nor do I try to pretend to. But I can help you feel confident in your struggle with what can feel like a living nightmare.

I want to help you gain some independence from your stylists.
