I'm so glad you're here...there is so much support. And the things you ask about are all stuff I cover in the book, so I'm glad you're getting it. Let me know how you like it! I'm glad you're getting her a wig, as I think it will be helpful if she wants to feel more normal. Sometimes kids can be so cruel. She is lucky to have you for a parent.
