- I Have been dealing with alopecea and thinning hair for 2 years now. My bald spots fill in but others begins. I did shots for a while but I'm not sure if that really worked.
I am also using Clobetasol and again not sure if this works.
Washing my hair w/nizoral, and have been taking 500 mg of spironolactone for a year. I have been in treatment for Thyroid for about 11 years and presently take .88 of synthroid. If there are any other ways that I can help myself with my hair loss I would greatly appreciated.
