DESCRIPTION:Midwest Black Hair Magazine will be hosting our first annu
 al \"Care 4 Hair\" 5K Run for Alopecia in Shawnee, KS on October 18t
 h, 2014. We will be teaming up with the Children's Alopecia Project an
 d a portion of all proceeds will go to help children who struggle with
  Alopecia. We are actively seeking partner organizations that can serv
 e as event sponsors.\n \nRegistration is $30 per runner and includes 
 race t-shirt, bib, and take home bag. Photos of the run will also be p
 osted online after the event.\n \nThe run/walk will be held at The Th
 eater In The Park, Shawnee Mission Park, Shawnee, KS. It will begin at
  9 am, with a post mingle event after the race which will include musi
 c, vendors, food, giveaways, and information. We are confident that w
 e will attract a good number of adult and children participants.\n \n
