Hi all,

I am looking for some solid recommendations for perm make up here in TX. The last time I had my brows done was up in Boston 12 years ago. Needless to say they have faded and it is about time I got them redone (I am also looking forward to throwing out the pencils again!) I've also received several requests from clients lately and would like to pass along your recommendations as well.

If you have had personal experience with a reputable perm make up artist ANYWHERE in Texas - I would love to know. And if you are open to sharing photos of your brows along with your recommendation that would be fabulous (feel free to direct message me with photos if that is more comfortable)!

Thanks in advance! And I hope to see many of you at the NAAF conference later this month!!

PS - My experience with perm makeup/eyebrow tattoos was positive although I will share that my brows did grow back for a few years - in slightly different places - and proved to be a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, they didn't stick around long enough to really matter!
Hello fellow Texans!

I wanted to share that there is a new NAAF support group in San Antonio. We had our first meeting on Saturday and over 30 people attended! It was awesome. If you are interested in attending future events, please send me a direct message with your email address and I will send along to the leader. There will be many events planned this year - support, social gatherings, fun for kids, family, adults, etc. Hope to hear from you! It is always nice to meet others when the…

Ok, everyone. I will be moving back home to Houston in Feb or March and want to get a group together to meet and hang out and just give each other support. I think that it would be a huge help to me to be around others with this disease. I will be living in Spring, but maybe we could all work out some kind of schedule to meet once a month, more if the schedules permit.
