Im 22 finishing my BA in International Business with finance as a major. I was diagnosed with AA when i was 17, experienced full regrowth the following year, and began to shed it again when i was about 20 and still have it now. I have had hard times both in boarding school, uni, and at work...few have asked questions like...why do u always wear a hat? (because its hot) or why do u always shave ur head? (i hate combing)...only admitted to close friends that i have AA...I mean i have the patchy hair loss...so when people see it...i get all kinds of comments and expressions...Anyways i hope through this website to gain courage and stare back at those people that point....but more importantly...courage to accept change and strength to go on!
