    Welcome Lisa!
You will find this to be a warm and supportive place to be. Good friends (and a good wig, should you decide to go that route) can make all the differnece in coping with our condition.
    God bless you,
    Sherry Schaefer

    Hi Lisa,
Whether or not your hair has a chance of growing back generally depends on how long you've had universalis. They say that the longer you've had it, the less chance there is because of follicular atrophy. I've had universalis for over 20 years now, so my chances are pretty small...but you know what? Things can happen! But most important for you right now is to be good to yourself and love yourself for who you are at this very moment, with or without hair.
Things will get better, I promise.
I'm so glad you ordered the book! Let me know how you like it, okay?
    Hugs!
