I've had AU for almost 9 years and until I got it I had never heard of the disease. Most people are shocked to learn I wear a wig/eyelashes/brows, etc. and are very curious and accepting of the disease. I think the more people that hear about it the better.

    Hey Stephanie,

    Yes I know I thought it was something like 2 % but I keep meeting more people with some kind of Alopecia AA AT AU.

    What does the next few weeks hold for you? I am free most night and Wed's whenever so I will keep checking with the Chicagoland group to see who's in, but it all fails again with that then maybe just the three of us will have to set a date.
