    i am 27...and i don't wear a wig bc I don't need to...both were/are hidden. I had 2 spots that started last year...one is already grown back...it's about 4 inches long. The other is a so-go....I just started having that one treated about a month ago. I get steroid shots and I put a steroid cream/gel on once a day. Check out my pics :-)
