I have alopecia since 2000. Fisrtly I had AA, but now I have AU. I have done several treatments but did not result. Now, I'm doing a new treatment and my hair is born...very slowly but I have hope.
I use a wig and I like to see me in the mirror.

    Paula, alopecia is unpredictable, so your hair may all grow back at any time!
    Or not! Don't feel sad.
    I know how hard it can be. After I became the spokesperson for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation, a lot of women were needing my help and support, so I wrote a book called, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!" It might make you feel better. And let me know if there's anything else I can do!
