Hi Trish,
Amanda developed alopecia at 4. It started with only one quarter size patch and eventually grew in size and now she has about 4 patches mostly at the top of her head. She will be 7 in 2 weeks. It really hasnt started to bother her yet. She just gets a little anxious every time she notices a new one has grown in. How is your daughter coping?
Tracy
I know what you mean our doc said the same thing that she was too young for steroids or cortisone shots. I hear you on praying. That is all I am doing.
You made me cry. I can't tell you how much it would mean to have my mother do such a loving selfless act for me. I applaud you for such a beautiful acurate depiction of what life should be. Your daughter is lucky to have you. How was her school year this year. I have a 9 and 10 yr old. School is hard enough at there age. How is she?
I would love to kit.
