    I can understand the struggle you must have had in High school.
    My son is 13 in his first year of HS and finding it very hard to face people.

    Thank you for your advice and offer of support. Much appreciated.
    I hope that each day you start to feel more at peace with yourself. No matter who we are or where we come from our attitude and the way we conduct ourselves is all that matters. What we think of ourselves is important and not what other people think of us. (Sorry sometimes i get carried away)
    My eldest daughter has started doing yoga and wants me to do it. She has said that it is a great stress reliever and helps you find your 'centre'.
    Maybe there is something like that that may help? To me anything is worth trying.
