I know, it can be very scary and frustrating.
Have you read my book, "If Your Hair Falls Out, Keep Dancing!"? It's a great resource. (You can find out more on my page.)
There is also a lot of information and support on this site, and everyone is very friendly and more than willing to help. Do you have any questions I can answer for you?

You are doing very well with your English!
I understand that it would be hard for you to read a book in English.
If you want to find out more, go to www.Amazon.com.
Hugs!
I'm not sure I understand your question -- are you asking about how to tell a man you are dating about your hair loss? I'm sorry I'm not understanding very well!
Yes, I have had to do this many times! Fortunately, most men are really great about it.
In the past I have waited to tell a man when we had been out a few times, so he could get to know me. Then -- maybe the third or fourth date -- I would sit him down and tell him with a big, confident smile on my face. (Might be a good idea if he was drinking some wine!) Tell him you have an autoimmune disorder, and it's fairly common -- it's not catching and it won't kill you. He will probably smile and say it doesn't matter what is growing or not growing out of your head -- that what's important is in your heart.
He might need to process the information for a few days -- you can tell him that if he wants to, he can find out more on the internet.
If he doesn't accept you, then he's not the guy for you. You want someone who will love you whether you have hair or not.
When do you think you will tell him? I would like to know how it goes for you, okay?
