Hi George! My daughter Becky also has AU and has hypothyroid. She also has asthma and numerous allergies. She has never been tested for gluten intolerance but reading your blog which I found very interesting I think I may have too. We live in the suburbs right outside of Chicago. She is going to be 14 soon and though Becky is dealing very well with this I feel that I that I have to do whatever I can to help. You mentioned a Doctor that you saw in the Chicagoland area. Have you still continued to grow hair? I look forward to hearing from you!!!
