About Me:: I have had Alopecia Areata since 2006 & it's my mission to break down the walls of shame surrounding our disease. I tell anyone and everyone about Alopecia.

I prefer it all being out in the open and that way it allows people to freely ask me their questions or share their concerns. Don't get me wrong, I still feel uncomfortable, scared, angry and confused sometimes. It's taken quite some time for me to get to this space that I'm in today. Without the support of the UNBELIEVABLE & AMAZING people in my life, I would not have the strength to cope with this unexpected twist in my journey...
