Thank you Jackie for your kind comment. Tell your little boy hi from my son Logan. Ya know, I do take my son EVERYWHERE and I mean that in every sense of the word. His dad is a truck driver and we've been many places. You should hear the questions we get asked. What gets me is older people, they get tears in thier eyes when they look at him and say awww bless his heart.....I then tell them he's not sick and then go into my spill. That doesn't bother me what so ever. It's the pointing, and whispering I can live without. So did your son's alopecia develop rapidly?
I tried leaving you a comment only to leave it for myself lmao!! I'm getting frustrated lol I left you a comment but it's on my page. I tried copying and pasting, but it didn't work lol I'm a goober sometimes!!!
I feel the same way as you do, FINALLY I've found someone to talk to that is going through the same thing as I am. Nobody can relate to me noone. I am use to being in control to but this is like a rollercoaster that don't let you off. You just don't know what to expect. I wish I could tell you your son's hair will grow back and stay, but, like you said, we just don't know. One thing we do know is our son's are beautiful on the inside and out and they will be no matter what! It is just hair after all. Thank God it's not their health. I ask myself all the time, April, why can't you get past the appearance issues? I can and I think I've done well, but there's still some people that just get under my skin!
