hi guys! im lauren and im a 21 year old college student. one day almost 2 years ago i woke up to extreme diffuse shedding for no apparent reason. i was told it was telogen effluvium, but the shedding has spread to all the hair-baring areas of my body...so im really not sure what is going on! hopefully one day i will find out, but for now i would love to find support in this community!

    Hey girl! I'm so glad you wrote on my wall! You're going to love nursing school! Its a TON of work but so rewarding getting to work with patients. I'm at USF. Where will you be starting?! Finding a wig was SOOO hard for me and honestly it was traumatizing. A lot of heartless sales people, and it about killed me. But seriously don't settle for anything other than what you feel comfortable in!! I didn't get my wigs in Tampa. I actually went to Orlando. But if you're willing to go there I have a great place for you, that I would recommend to anyone!
