About Me:: Hello! Well I'm 21 years old and from Syracuse, NY. Gosh, I've had alopecia areata since I was a little girl, it came and went until I was 12 then it hasn't grown back since because I refused to be a lab rat for my dermatologist. For the first 4 years, I mainly used hats and scarfs, but for the last 5-6 years I've been using wigs. I also have many other health problems, most likely autoimmune origin.
