    I'm currently at about 80% regrowth. I use a product called Dermatch to fill in the spots.
    Whats helping you deal with your alopecia? I know for me it is being here and going to the NAAF Conferences.
    I'd be interested in hearing your podcast.

    I know for me it was a total shocker. I didnt recognize myself and neither did people I knew for several years.
    It took me at least a year to really get the big picture. I kept thinking it was a bad dream..... It wasnt though.
    Have you considered going to NAAF?
