    Good to hear from you! I used to wear a vacuum piece but my skin started peeling with them. I just wear "regular" wigs now. There are so many types and their much cuter than they used to be! BTW, your hair looks great! It's nice to hear from others who also have AU. Not too many do!

    I've been AU for 3 years and I love my vacuum wig. I just ordered another one and can't wait to get it so I will have two. I can use one for when I bowl and golf and the other for going out, ect. How long have you been AU?

    I read your bio and see that you are from Indiana. My husband and I drive through Indiana on our way to visit our daughter in Washington D.C. who has alopecia. Her alopecia started at the age of 14yrs. old after a pool accident. You have had alopecia for a long time. It has changed our life. I don't know of any support groups in our area. Enjoy your day!

    You've worn FW hair for 20 yrs, wow! how many do you have? I'm getting my second one in about 4 months. My first one is only 1 yrs old and needs repair. I wear it 14/7. I love my FW. Do you only wear FW or do you have other wigs, too. AW rocks!!!
