About Me:
Well what to say...? I love sport, particularly cycling and rugby. I'm empathic and caring with a filthy sense of humour (which is an odd combination but it works for me!)

The best time of my life was when I went travelling and I hope to emmigrate one day. I live in Norfolk, I've never met anyone else with alopecia and have found the attitudes of the medical profession and some of the people I have met here pretty disgraceful.

However....generally I have a positive outlook on things, I only take 5 minutes to get ready in the morning and I'm very streamlined when I go swimming!! I love wearing my headscarves and refuse to wear a wig, if people have a problem with the way I look they can take a long walk off a short cliff. End of!

I would really like to get to know some people with alopecia here in the UK or anywhere else in the world.
Do you have alopecia?
Alopecia universalis
Are you age 18 or older?
Yes - I am 18 or older

    Hello Ellie!

Yes, haha i do live in California however, Mum and Nanny live in Norwich! I often go visit them and spend quite a lot of time there. I hope you find some others with Alopecia in that area soon! I know it can be hard finding people with the same disease...
I live in Los Angeles, and still its so difficult to find people in such a large city with Alopecia. Hang in there!!

    best, Kylie

    Hi Ellie,
Everything is pretty good on this end.
Goins on 4 years with the alopecia. Started as a small spot but lost everything within about 3 months. I'm currently at about 80% regrowth so thats pretty good.
    How are things with you?

    Hey Ellie,

Go to a conference and facilitate a meeting! It's great practice for becoming a therapist. -Matt
