I had at some alopecia as a child, a few spots through my 20s and 30s, but only in my 40s did most of my hair fall out. With three young kids, I don't really have time for hair or lack thereof.
I wanted to welcome you to Alopecia World. I can honestly say that we are a great community here and I hope you enjoy the time you spend with us and we look forward to your input. As time goes by, you will figure out what feel right for you. I struggled with that decisionfor years before I was finally able to commit to what felt right for me. It was definitely is small baby steps and gradual. I didn't just wake up and was totally ok with my baldness. Allow yourself some grace and go at your own pace. Wishing you the best.
