- I co-lead a support group for people with Cicatricial Alopecia. I have been dealing with hair and eyebrow loss since my 20's. I recently stopped trying to hide my hair lose and paint on my eyebrows. I am however working on getting my eyebrows tattooed.
I work for a Brain Injury Rehab. I have 3 wonderful step kids and recently became a grandmother. I feed the birds have 2 crazy dogs, one crazy cat and a husband who loves me. - Do you have alopecia?

How did u discover you have scarring alopecia...did the doctors tell you?

thank you for your response to my question, i am concerned i could have scarring, am praying i do not, but am concerned so any info is helpful...

if you have scarring alopecia does that mean scar tissue is built up and there is not change what so ever ur hair will grow back? did u go in the sun a lot prior to having, i spent so much time in the sun and tanning that i am scared i have caused this if i do have it...
