About Me:: I am a telephone contact for NAAF, since 1993. I have recently remarried and moved from the mountains to the coast of NC. I love the coastal and island living!! I have 2 children, Trent and Nate. Trent will be 24 in Sept. Nate 20 in May. Trent, my eldest was diagnosed with alopecia at the age of 3. I am a pharmacy tech at a local independent pharmacy. I enjoy being with my husband and children. Fishing, crabbing and shrimping are my livelihood!! Love the ocean...

Hi Anna, Thank you for the words of encouragement. I was just sitting here reading your blog and nothing bring me joy more than to hear that our alopecian kids have grown to be strong and comfortable in their skin. No doubt, it has a lot to do with their families. You thank me and I thank you for raising a son that is reaching out to others. Good on you Anna!
