About Me:: I have alopecia since age 13. It began as areata and developed to universalis three years ago. It was hard, but I was lucky because I have my family and close friends who help me a lot.

In certain situations, having alopecia affects me (especially in Brazil, where people usually mocks those who wear wigs), but then I think that it is not a serious problem and others' opinions should be irrelevant.
