    hey thank you for your post on my blog, even though you are feeling sad right now, like myself, you are so much more then hair. trust me its easier saying that then believing that. i promise you if you hang in there and ride your emotions out, you will find hope and compassion at the end of your journey. this will be a long, painful adventure, but this...is the best/worst thing thats ever happened to me.

    Hi Rez,

    Give yourself as much time as you need to get used to this.
    What really helped me was meeting others with alopecia. I think that was when I realized alopecia was real and I wasnt having a bad dream. (NAAF Conf 6/08) Since then it has become easier everyday.
